Fleet Risk Management – QBE’s Top 10 Tips

Featuring Dr Lisa Dorn and Jim Billings

Between advances in technology and a greater scientific understanding of driver behaviour, the ways in which organizations can manage their fleet and those driving for work has evolved.

For this reason, QBE is pleased to bring together two speakers who will share their top tips, along with real-life stories, so as to help and inspire those seeking to evolve their own approach.

Whether the operation of a fleet is core to a business’ operations or it’s simply a supporting function, this event will have ideas you can draw from.

Speaking at this event will be:

Jim Billings - Practice Leader for QBE’s Fleet Risk Solutions - Jim works in close collaboration with a variety of organizations to assess and develop strategies to improve their fleet risk management procedures, whilst also overseeing the work of colleagues and third party vendors undertaking work on behalf of QBE.  Jim brings over 25 years of logistics and operational risk management experience, with work which has spanned five continents.

Dr Lisa Dorn - Associate Professor of Driver Behaviour at Cranfield University & Research Director for DriverMetrics
Lisa holds a PhD in driver behaviour and has been the principal investigator on a wide variety of research projects for over 20 years.  She most recently helped to develop telematics-based driver coaching interventions and is currently investigating behavioural adaptation in response to autonomous systems.

Lisa is also the founder of DriverMetrics, a company seeking to improve road safety with evidence based driver risk assessments and educational interventions.

This event is open to all of QBE’s brokers and their clients so please do pass this invitation onto those who may be interested.
